Anrich Nortje and Kagiso Rabada also contributed significantly, each claiming two wickets for the Proteas.
For Bangladesh, Towhid Hridoy stood out with a knock of 37 off 34 balls. Earlier, Heinrich Klaasen top-scored for South Africa, guiding them to 113/6 in their 20 overs. On the bowling front for Bangladesh, Tanzim Hasan Sakib was impressive, taking three wickets.
